MelviN Brown

Yoga Instructor

As a yoga practitioner, Melvin realizes the need for us to slow down, breathe and unify the mind, body and spirit. Melvin said, “In 2019, during a very challenging time in my life, Yoga came to my doorstep and changed me forever. Not only did I go through a body transformation and feel better in my body, but I felt better spiritually. As a seeker on the spiritual path the philosophy of Yoga has always intrigued me, so I wanted to know more. I decided to advance my understanding of Yoga by becoming certified.” Melvin received his 500 hour yoga teaching certificate in March 2023 from Tula Yoga & Healing Arts. His classes will guide you in connecting the mind, body and spirit through breath and awareness. You will build the capacity to heal yourself on all levels, at your own pace and at your own speed. Melvin aims to see each person as a whole and to create a healing space within, allowing the opportunity for self-healing. Melvin hopes to help you discover and maintain the power within YOU!
