Acupuncture and Yoga Nidra

Join us for an auricular acupuncture treatment focused on rebalancing the body and mind. For those who wish to not be needled, ear seeds can be placed instead. Enjoy a yoga nidra during your rest period. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Please bring any other comfort items you need to support your rest, such as pillows, eye pillows, or extra blankets.

Auricular (ear) acupuncture is a diagnostic and treatment system based on harmonizing the body through stimulation of points on the ear. During the treatment, small, sterile needles are placed on the outer ear which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, creating a calming effect.
